SOCIAL ECONOMY : THE REAL TRIGGER FOR DEVELOPMENT

GOVERNMENT'S ROLE

The Government is constitutionally committed to playing its role based on sovereignty, on citizenship, on the dignity of human beings, on labor social values, and on the political pluralism, having as its main goals:

* Build up a free, fair, and solidary society;
* Guarantee national development;
* Extinguish poverty and marginalization, and reduce social regional difficulties;
* Promote well being for everyone, without prejudice against races, gender, age, or any other kind of discrimination.

THE ROLE OF SOCIAL ECONOMY

Social Economy organizations play a role that is similar to the Government objectives, but they do not replace It. This difference must be established, in order to clarify and define what voluntary actions really mean.

OBJECTIVE

To solidify the importance of Social Economy as a trigger to Social Economy, responsible for the process of sustainable development of all peoples.

What is really missing in order to effectively have development?
Basic sanitation (water, light, sewage)?
Education (children without opportunities)?
Employment generator?
